About

I’ve spent much of my life exploring the mysteries of consciousness, spirituality, and life’s deepest existential questions. That search has led me through Jungian psychology, mysticism, theology, and contemplative practices, and continues to shape both my work and my understanding of the world.

I’m a spiritual director, Jungian coach, author, and podcast host. Whether through spiritual direction, writing, podcasting, or symbolic reflection, my hope is to accompany others as they explore the deeper movements of the soul and the transformative wisdom of the unconscious.

My life changed after a profound spiritual awakening that set me on a path of seeking truth beyond the boundaries of mainstream religion. For many years, I wrestled with life’s deepest questions within a Christian framework, but the answers I encountered left me longing for something more. That longing became an invitation into years of study, contemplation, and inner work that ultimately led me toward a more contemplative spirituality—one rooted in introspection, symbolic awareness, and a deepening relationship with the Sacred.

A pivotal moment in my journey occurred after the death of my grandmother. She pushed her way back into time and space, bringing about sustained communication through the veil. This bridge across dimensions illuminated truth in a way that brought everything into sharp focus for me. Though the insight imparted through the veil answered many of my existential questions, it was my grandmother’s unwavering love and devotion that became my eternal lantern, guiding me toward my highest life path.

The work of Carl Jung has profoundly shaped both my worldview and my approach to spiritual direction. I believe dreams, symbols, synchronicities, and the unconscious are not random phenomena but meaningful expressions of the psyche, inviting us into greater wholeness. My work is deeply informed by Jungian psychology, particularly the practices of shadow integration, symbolic exploration, and the lifelong journey of individuation.

In every aspect of my work, I seek to create a space for curiosity, reflection, and deep listening. I don’t believe transformation comes from striving to become someone else. I believe it emerges as we gently encounter what has been hidden, forgotten, or left unlived within us. My role is not to provide answers, but to accompany others as they learn to trust their own experience and discover the wisdom already present within.
